2. Scope and processing on this website
This policy applies to this website only. Our voice applications are governed by separate notices, published where those services are provided.
This site is informational. It provides no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions or tracking technologies. We do not operate analytics and we do not construct visitor profiles.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is served. These comprise the visitor's IP address, the date and time of the request, the resource requested and the browser user agent. Such logs are processed in order to maintain the availability and security of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and are retained for a limited period before deletion.
3. Cookies
This website sets no cookies. No information is stored on, or retrieved from, your device for analytics, advertising or personalisation purposes. Accordingly, no consent banner is presented and no action is required of you.
Should we introduce any technology that stores or accesses information on your device, we will obtain your consent beforehand and revise this policy accordingly.
4. Correspondence
When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message. This data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry and to retain a record of the correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or, where applicable, of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Correspondence is retained for as long as is necessary to address the matter concerned, and thereafter only where a statutory or accounting obligation requires its retention.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data, nor do we disclose it for advertising purposes. Personal data is disclosed only to the service providers that host this website and transmit our email, each acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and to public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request that we:
- confirm whether we process personal data concerning you, and provide a copy of it;
- rectify any data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- erase your data, where no overriding ground for its retention exists;
- restrict processing while a matter concerning that data is being resolved;
- provide your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where that right applies;
- cease processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, by lodging an objection.
Requests should be addressed to hello@tokenstack.pro. We will respond within one month of receipt, in accordance with Article 12(3) GDPR.
7. Complaints
If you consider that our processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable law, we ask that you raise the matter with us in the first instance so that it may be addressed. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority of your place of residence if that is elsewhere in the European Union.
8. Amendments
This policy is revised whenever our processing activities change, and the date shown above indicates the most recent revision. Material amendments will be described on this page.
