These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Romania, competent for the registered office of TOKENSTACK S.R.L., have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

In Romania, complaints may be addressed to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro.
